Oct 9, 2015 · 3. Marshmallow is blocking the dangerous permissions. This doesn't apply to the scenario listed, but it might help someone else. I kept coming to this SO for why some of our Broadcast Receiver's weren't working. We have a custom permission setup and had the android:protectionLevel="dangerous".

Oct 30, 2022 · Can't receive texts from android phones I received a new IPhone 14 today. I can't receive texts from Android phones. I can send them but not receive them. I can also make and answer calls just fine so cellular service is fine. I've tried the tips on the internet like turning off then back on iMessages, Sms, Mms, etc, but nothing seems to work.
